The Dispute Resolution Review (2nd Edition)

In 2010, Law Business Research has published the second edition of The Dispute Resolution Review. The book aims to give readers a general feel and overview of some of the key substantive and procedural issues in different jurisdictions of the world.

All the contributors of the Review - who are distinguished legal practitioners in the respective jurisdictions - represented an immediate and accessible summary of the most important and relevant substantive and procedural issues across the countries covered.

This year Magisters has become the contributor of the Russian chapter for the second time. The chapter was co-authored by Dmitry Dyakin, Managing Partner in Moscow and Alexander Vaneev, Associate of Magisters. In their review the authors provided an update on the rapidly changing legal environment in the country, outline general dispute resolution framework and analyze the latest developments in this area in Russia.

The first edition of the book was published in 2009 with the Russian chapter authored exclusively by Alexander Vaneev.

Competition Law and Practice: A Review of Major Jurisdictions is a guide which compares the competition laws of long established regimes with those of emerging markets, such as China, Korea, India, Mexico, Brazil and Russia.
