For Magisters the development and improvement of the professional qualities of its personnel is a very important issue. Various training courses and corporate events are aimed not only at gaining knowledge, but also at both doing something you love and learning during the work process, be it in a court of law, or at the negotiating table.
The Firm conducts evaluation once in a year, during which the personal success of each employee is appraised. During evaluation each employee participates in the preparation of his/her personal development plan, which helps to improve professional skills taking into account individual characteristics.
Professional development is not limited to training. There are many other possibilities, which allow all-round development, such as the Coaching Program, which is conducted during the trial period for new employees and allows him/her to adapt to a new work place rapidly.
Senior attorneys can gain additional knowledge and practical experience during training in the European and American offices of leading law firms, which are our long-time partners.
